Shipping:

Shipping in the US is free. International shipping goes up by weight and destination. You can opt for an open box to save on shipping. An open box allows you to build an order over the span of however long you'd like, and only be charged shipping once. Please contact us via Instagram or email before purchasing an item if this is something you are interested in. 

Our shipping and processing time is currently 7 days. Please check your email (spam) and text messages for order confirmations and tracking information. If AFTER the 7 days are up you still have not received anything, please contact us via Instagram or email. 

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final. Once your package is with the USPS facility, it is not our responsibility anymore. We package each crystal carefully to ensure no damage but during transit we cannot keep an eye out on the package unfortunately. Should you receive your package damaged, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue for you. Should your package be lost or delayed, please contact USPS directly. There is absolutely nothing that we can do about this, unfortunately. 

Instagram Sales:

Every week, we go live or have feed/story sales on our Instagram page. We also update our website weekly with inventory. Follow us on Instagram and sign up for our email marketing to be notified of any upcoming live/feed sales, discounts, and website updates. You can opt out of this at any time.
